CLE Mobile lets you take continuing legal education courses on your phone, and then submit courses for credit. Available on iPhone and iPad.

BARBRI Mobile App lets your bar study obligations follow you wherever you go if you've signed up for the course. With streaming lecture videos, bar review outlines, and percentile rankings comparing you to thousands of other BARBRI students, there's no excuse not to be studying. Available on iPhone and iPad and Android devices

BarMax is a lower-cost alternative to most bar review courses, with lectures, outlines and real MBE questions. This could be a good alternative for a motivated self-starter who doesn't need the structure of a traditional class. This app only covers the MBE portion of the bar, but additional state-specific apps can also be downloaded for a price. Available on iPhone and iPad and Android devices

Themis Bar Review gives you everything you need to prepare for the MPRE, with no need to sign up for an attendant bar review course. Available on iPhone and Pad and Android devices
Kaplan MBE Flashcards, while not a complete bar review course, are a nice supplement to your regular bar prep. This app includes not only flash cards, but instructional videos as well. Available on iPhone and iPad
Law School Dojo is a supplemental tool for law school classes. While the basic app is free, the add-ons will are sold for reasonable prices. Available on iPhone and iPad and Android devices.
