The Law Library, though Snell Library, has access to a number of ebooks. They are included in search results in Scholar OneSearch, the library catalog. Please also visit the Legal Study Aids Collection page in this guide to learn more about the Lexis Digital Library resources available with NUSL credentials.
The Law Library also has a number of research guides to help you start your research!
If you need a library database, access it through our A-Z list instead of using Google. Going through the list will verify that you are a Northeastern Law student, and give you access to everything we have.
The Law Library space is now closed to the public. Starting August 24th, the Law Library second and third floors will be accessible whenever the building is open. Before that, members of the Northeastern community should contact the NU Emergency Communications center at 617-373-2121 to be let into the building, and a member of public safety will respond. The building will only staffed by public safety officers. Library staff and the Office of Computer Services will not be there.
Regular interlibrary loan is not available at this time. If you need material that the Law Library does not have electronically, contact us and we will do our best to get access for you.
Due dates for books currently checked out from the Law Library have been extended to September 30. If you receive a fine in error, please contact the library staff, and we will take care of it.
