Understanding how to navigate online databases is essential to legal research. Fortunately, many legal databases offer tutorials and support to help you efficiently and effectively research your topic. Lexis Advance, Westlawnext and Bloomberg Law have for a while been the three major legal research platforms. Although designed similarly and have the same content for the most part, they all operate a little differently. This guide is designed to help you explore their similarities and differences, to help you be an efficient legal researcher.
