Welcome/Introduction

This guide is for students who are interested in careers in public interest work. There is a wide spectrum of public interest work, from being at a legl service to working for a NGO agency such as Oxfam. Public interest work in the context of this guide includes the following career paths:

  • Working for a non-for profit organization covering areas such as immigration, refugee, human rights, labor law, etc.
  • Working for a inter-governmental or non-governmental organization.
